
Mythology, theatre, the magical arts and dreams source Karen St. Pierre’s surrealistic brand of mixed media collage art. Over the last 7 years, her work has been regularly juried into group shows at the Woodstock Artist Association & Museum. In April 2008, she presented her first international solo exhibition The Intuitive Eye in Toyko, Japan. Her artwork has been featured in the 2007 & 2008 Woodstock Travel Guides and the books: “Staging Steinbeck” and “Sacred Mask, Sacred Dance.”

Karen holds a BA in Art History from Columbia University and an MA in Mythological Studies and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California.
An avid theatre lover and trained actress, Karen most recently appeared in New York City in the plays Women of the Wild West and Therapy with the Brief Acts Theatre Company. Trained at Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York, she continues her acting studies with Austin Pendleton at HB Studio.
Professionally, Karen served a Executive Director of the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY and Senior Project Manager for the Grammy Awards & Grammy Foundation in Los Angeles. Karen now presides over her event and media production companies, EventSpinners International & HighQMedia, Inc.
